Dining with Giants - V 2.0
The very best part of my job as Executive Editor of The CPA Technology Advisor is representing the publication to the profession --- practitioners, vendors, and thought-leaders. Earlier this week I was in Las Vegas for CES and while there I was privileged hosted our 2nd Annual "Author Appreciation" dinner. The group was small as many invitees had decided not to attend CES this year and many more were planning to arrive later in the week and thus missed our Sunday evening get-together. Our dinner was held at the world famous Wolfgang Puck's Spago Restaurant in Caesar's Palace. [Thanks to Rachael Monroe for the arrangements!] The food was absolutely incredible, the ambiance nearly perfect, and the conversation .... well, here's what a few of the attendees had to say:
- Thank you ... for dinner on Sunday. Food was fabulous. The conversation dynamic, illuminating and most enjoyable. You certainly attracted an impressive group of friends.
- It was a great evening at Spago's in Vegas. A pleasure to share your company. And, Greg, thank you for making it all happen.
